Mend RCA F25442 Television Picture Sound

Help my RCA is yelling at me!!!!?

I have RCA Model F25442, the problem started with the picture slowly blacking out from the outside in, it then made a popping sound, and now it only makes a high pitch sound when it is plugged in. The power button does not work, it does not respond to anything, just squeals, anybody have any ideas. Thanks
