Sponge fell into lint screen slot. What do I dp??

I have a Maytag Performa dryer. It has a top lint screen. while cleaning lint trap a sponge fell into empty slot and all the way down. Any ideas on how to remove???

if you can see it use a vaccum cleaner with attachments to suck it out other than that you can try to tip the dryer upside down with the hope it will fall back out or atleast so you can see it and get it.
the only other thing is to take it apart which is quite a bit of hastle
