Mend Open Problem Fine

back door won't open?

I have a pvc back door and can't open it. It is not the lock thats the problem that works fine ,i think there are some pins or dead bolts top and bottom that are jammed for some reason. How can i get the door open without having to buy a whole new door?

it sounds like u need a new lock for ur door. the only way to open it is to remove the centre panel & lift the door so as to remove the pins from there keepers.. G/L as its not easy..
