Mend Zanussi FL882 Hot Water Program

Zanussi FL 882 hot water intake fault?

If the machine is used on D program the hot water solenoid valve opens as expected, but on programs F and J only the cold water valve opens (checked by measuring voltage over terminals) this is a recent fault anyone have any idea why?

Hmm, it appears you're right, that means for the last 4 years the hoses have been connected to the wrong taps. better to learn late then never I guess :)

the hot solenoid should only operate on programs with a temperature of 60 deg or above 60 deg.it will mix fill with the cold solenoid
