Zanussi WJS 1665 W not taking fabric conditioner?

this machine selects which draw to put water into by switching on 1 or 2 inlet solenoids (where the dryer valve is that you mentioned).normally the syphon tube under the plastic piece with MAX written on it gets blocked.remove this piece and check holes underneath.if that is ok you need to look at hole inside soap draw.are they blocked (black mouldy).if so the conveyor might be blocked and need replacing.

Fabric conditioner is taken from the detergent tray by siphon action. Most likely flexible siphon pipe is blocked. Remove machine top, identify the pipe coming from the softener compartment, detach and clean.The siphon action to lift conditioner is generally activated by a mechanical linkage from on of the cams on the programmer. Some other machines have a small motor to activate the conditioner dispenser. Check any linkages, after that disassemble the dispenser body to check for internal blockages in the air channels.
