Mend Zanussi ZWD 1471W Stopped Washer Dryer

Zanussi Jet System stopped working?

We have a Zanussi washer dryer model ZWD 1471W witha jet stream system.

For ages the tray with conditioner is messy never seems to empty, now the jet stream water spray feature has stopped working, the machine is some times noisey, are these faults connected? The machine is about 2-3 years old

circ pumps get block up with sludge from powder and limescale.the noise could be related to a faulty circ pump.draws do get dirty.take the whole draw out and clean.lift the plastic piece out out the draw with MAX written on it in the conditioner compartment.clean the holes out underneath.
