Have got a Finepix a500 and have put the software onto my laptop as instructed, have then hooked up a500 as instructed and nothing happens. Have to keep going to boots to get pics put on cd then putting them on laptop which is just frustrating. Can anyone help?
What software do you have with the A500. My Wife has an A500, but we use a card reader rather than connect the camera to the pc. You may have to upgrade the software for Vista. There will be an upgrade on the Fuji website.
