how can i my mend cd is it broken or just out of sinc?

my blaupunt radio cd player ccmes up with cd error no mater if its a bought cd or a copied one. then it switches on to audio would a cd cleaning disc clear it.
it as only just started to do this it was playing perfectly before.
THE MODLE is a blaupunt valencia.
Can you please help me.
