Mend Renault Megane Turn Reg

How can I turn off the immobiliser on my P reg Renault Megane?

Batteries OK, no leak, it's just that the immobiliser works intermittently and I'm fed up with putting it into garages and spending lots of money to have it back with the same fault.

I just want to turn it off, along with the alarm.

Do I have to go to a Renault garage?

Hi Tricia, have a look at www.automotiveelectronics.co.uk they can delete the immobiliser from the engine ecu
