nintendo ds replaced case now not powering up ?

replaced the case on the nintendo ds after wards the system will not power up plugged it in to charge the red light comes on but when charged the system will not come on?

The DS requires that BOTH screens are correctly working before it will power up, watch the screens on power up. The green corner LED will light then one of the screens should flash and everthing goes off. Check the connector for the screen that doesn't flash, re seat - it does need to be pushed fully home!!
