Mend TomTom One Turn Ideas Battery

tomtom one wont hold its charge?

My tomtom one appears to charge up okay, but when its taken off charge it wont turn on. Any ideas what the problem could be? I think it may need a new battery.

Ive read that you can remove 4 torx screws on the back, seperate back and unplug battery like a phone. My Dom Dom is doing the same and it seems to be pretty common problem
