Mend Nokia 3230 Problem Phone Memory

Is my 3230 faulty?

Has anyone had this problem with their Nokia 3230? The phone keeps telling me to close some applications as the memory is low, but I don't have any applications open. When this happens I push and hold down the menu key which tells me which applications are open and its none!

Anyone know why it keeps doing this or is it just mad?

nokia 3230's phone memory is just 6mb.the messages u receive, songs, images etc received via bluetooth or IR all will be stored in phone memory which kills memory.delete unwanted or transfer them to ur memeory card. let there be enough phone memory for ur phone to work better.
