my vista is running slow and i can't watch any streaming videos on the net ?

I forgot to mention you need 512mb of ram just to run Vista , that's without doing anything else.

Download superantispyware for free then run and follow instructions, when you have finished that, then defrag, that should speed up Vista.

Hard to say why your PC is running slow.. could be a bloated registry or the hard disk needs defragging, but the problem with streaming video sounds to me as though you don't have the codecs installed to play those file types. It depends on what filetype you are trying to view but a common one is flash, for example. You should be able to download and install a flash plugin for your browser from Adobe.
