my gilera dna has this problem when i eass of the throtal from full throtal is sort of goes in to an idle with no power unles i slam it up to full again or until it goes below like 5000rpm but on acseleation its fine and smooth ???? hell this is dangerous as i carnt control my speed
maybe u should change your rollers as it sounds like they are to ligth
u see the ligther the rollers are the more the engine will rev up before it will start picking up speed
so that with the type of rollers you have when you come under 5000 rev the rollers disengage if u know what i mean

have a look at ure carb check the inside arent dirty float chamber jets throttle slide then have a look at ure throttle cable is it sticking because of dirt rust etc and ure twistgrip hope this helps
