Mend Ford Galaxy (1995) Time Rains Water

rain filled 95' galaxy?

every time it rains hard, our galaxy fills up with water from under dash on passenger side flooding footwell! cant find anything obviously wrong, any ideas?

The side drains just behind the suspension on the bulkhead are blocked so the water is coming through the pollen filter which is the next lowest point and running down the heater system. To clean them out you have to remove the inner wheel arch and its behind a plasic flap about the same size as a packet of cigaretts because i had the same problem.
