I assume that you mean that your employer or school have blocked access to certain sites?

If you are at school, that site has been blocked for good reasons. If you need access to it for study reasons, just ask a supervising teacher and it can easily be unblocked for you.

If are at work, attempting to negate your employer's computer security is often considered to be Gross Misconduct and grounds for dismissal.
