your ce error means over current error and check pwb assembly is out of order or winding in the stator assembly is out of order

I'm not familiar with your model of washer - but your symptoms are similar to a very common and simple issue of getting the carbon brushes replaced. They only cost a few quid and I would have thought no more than an hour's labour.
This can happen even if your washer is only a couple of years old. You say it doesn't drain or spin, but it is probably not washing too well either!
