How can I fix my White Knight Dryer Model 38AW?

A noise which sounds like metal rubbing against metal is coming from the rear of the machine. How can I fix it?

you will probably find the inner drum has cut into the rear panel.common fault!.also check fan in back isn't catching on cover plate.you will need to remove the coverplate from the back panel to gain access to the fan and you will then be able to see if it has been catching
