tumble dyer runs slow?

Hi, i have a diplomat apm8620 tumble dryer, the belt broke on my tumble dryer ,changed it, then changed the capacitor with same capacitance 8uf .The drum now seems to work ok then goes slow and some times stop. It also makes a slight rubbing noise when going round and there is a rubbing mark around drum (was there when the belt broke) as if there was another belt on the drum, could this possibly be the drum bearing.
