how to rewind/get film out ?

if possible you need to get hold of a black bag. you can buy them at jessops for not very much money. They are light tight bags with sleeve holes in and so you place your camera in the bag, stick your hands in the holes and then can open the camera and have e feel to see whats happenening without exposing the film.... hope this helps.
