Thick smoke coming from outside flue?

Thick smoke coming from outside flue, no hot water, no heating. We have had new pump, new tubes, new nozzle. Combi Worcester Boiler

It is normal for heavy water vapor (steam)to be exhausted.IF IT IS SOOT OR SMOKE turn it off and call out an engineer to look at it before using it again

I assume this is a oil fired boiler,either way you need an engineer for this one asap!
