how do i remove the despenser drawer on my hotpoint wma62 washing machine?
i have had so many problems with this washing machine, wma62 hotpoint washine machine. The drum failing and the spring snapping now the tablets i put in the despenser drawer arent being taken and are clogging up. please can you tell me how i get the drawer out so i can clean it, it doesnt just pull out
Try pulling out the drawer to it's maximum position then continue to pull with an upwards motion. There is a certain amount of resistance on my machine but the drawer is removed without any damage. To replace simply slide back in...works for me, hope it helps!

Pull it backwards and then tilt it upward. Also check the hose which runs from the dispenser tray to the drum for internal blockages.
