iveco 2.8?

hi, i have a iveco c11 2.8 daily turbo, 2000 modle, when starting in the morning it starts fine, if i leave it idling for about 3-5 mins and then pull away it pushes out blue smoke,fills the road,it clears quite quickly and will not do it again all day, no matter how long i leave it, if i drive it straight from cold in the morning it dose not do it, its done 103,000 miles, oil is clean thanks in advance, any help much apreciated
