my woster bosh combi 350 boiler is not working! ?

the presher is o high the red and black arrows are both on 4! how do i get the presher down. and the boiler back on track!

hullo - there I have let a bit of water out and the pressure gaude is now at 2 but it has not come back on! shall i let some moor water out! then switch the operating swith off then back to water and heating! again!
