my lofra cooker is only 15 months old and the fan on the main oven has just overheated!!!!! Lofra has gone bust, PABL have gone bust and the people I bought it off (Jual Domestics) don't want to know!!!

call the premium appliance brands on 08448007485. I myself had a problem with the door. Had to order a new door. staff very helpful.

You can try Premium Appliance Brands on 0844 800 7845 who are the UK agents for Lofra but their customer service is dreadful - good luck. I have a faulty thermal cutout and have been trying to get a response for five days.

I have the same problem with my lofra coker, the glass panel just fell off! Have been trying to get an engineer out but no one deals with Lofra! If you get a response please let me know also!
