Why is the drum not rotating on my Hotpoint Aquaris VTD00?

Why is the drum not rotating? The tumble dryer is heating up but the drum is not rotating at all.

Circuit that asks drum to rotate - not working

Motor that rotates drum - not working

Belt that drives drum - broken or fallen off pulley
