empty water light stays on after i empty the container?

the empty water light stays on, even after i empty the water container on my, Hotpoint 7kg. condenser dryer Aquarius CTD00, it is 1 year and 1 month old. the machine runs but does not heat up.

I thought there would be a microswitch under the water container but No! I took the condenser out and cleaned raght at the back of all the grunge and it started working. I would like to see a cct diag of the unit to see what sends the signal to stop heating when the light is on! Any one got a circuit Diagram?
