Problems with stainless steel cooker hoods and induction hobs?
I have heard that stainless steel cooker hoods do not extract steam from induction hobs. Apparently the surface of the induction hob is not hot and when the steam from cooking is drawn towards the cooker hood, the hot steams hits the the cool stainless steel hood and condenses. This creates droplets of water that drip down on to the surface of the induction hob below. Has anybody heard about this or had experience of it??
