little flyer from system control...keeps popping up..asked if i wanted to allow explorer .exe ...wasnt sure ...so denied it....now i cant log into internet explorer from main page ...or anything on main page (google earth ...system restore...all programmes...nothing..!!!!just keeps saying cant do it and little flyer corner of screen just pops up........i can only get on to the internet by logging on to my home page ...GOOGLE.....tried going into all the boxes ...but wont let me /ALLOW it .....any help would be appreciated......
Hi you have actually blocked explorer which is an integral part of Windows as opposed to iexplore which is internet explorer. Check your firewall for ALLOWED programs and make sure explorer is in there.

You have told your firewall software to deny Internet Explorer access to the Internet. Go in to your Firewall settings and allow it. Can't help any more because you don't say what Firewall you have.
