Mend Hotpoint 8596 Fridge Freezer Temperature Repair

How can i fix my hotpoint mistral plus 8596 fridge freezer?

The temp on the fridge is up to 24, the freezer appears to be working ok.. I emptied the freezer and the temp went back down to 4, after leaving it over night it is back up to 24. any ideas
