Mend Samsung F/F Refrigerator Compressor Defrost

Samsung F/F. Noisy Compressor?

My water dispenser stopped working and a day later the compressor started becoming noisier and noisier. It was suggested to defrost for 48 hours as the compressor is frozen up and the noise is the fan hitting the ice. I did this and it worked. A month later the problem has come back. Any idea's how I cure this for good.
