hotpoint cond tumble dryer?

I have a tumble dryer its about 6 years old it works but now it wont dry things no hot air at all i clean it everytime i try and use it but still no joy!what could be wrong with it is it just old age and has died on me?

i had the same problem on my CTD00. Turned out that at the front base of the machine is a door, open that and a small block pulls out. In mine the vanes were all clogged with crud. I cleaned it all away and that fixed it.

i have a hotpoint ultima condenser dryer and the drum has stopped rotating how do you put it back together and would i need a new belt?

There are a few things that could be faulty:-Element,thermostat / thermistor or wiring. You may have a resetable stat on your model! it could be a loose terminal. It is not possible to analize without doing a complete check. Sorry you will need to Call in an engineer.
