Mend Hotpoint TDC60P Find Dryer Element

Where do I find the thermostats on the hotpoint cond tumble dryer tdc60p?

I have replaced the heater element but still do not get any heat out of the tumble dryer. I am told it is now most likely to be the thermostats. However, where do I find them and which part of the dryer do I need to remove to get at them?
