hi i have a ideal evo combi boiler and keep getting problems with the hot water side the plated vain unit keeps blocking up with black stuff cousing lack of hot water te faster you run the tap the less heat is there somthing that should be put inline to filter or is it a pressure fault fed up with doggy plumbers
Replace the plate to plate heat exchanger then fit a magnaclean filter on the heating return pipework
which should stop any magnetite getting into the boiler.
