Mend rkp Alarm Security Tamper

accenta alarm rkp shows ta tamper and wont respond to any input?

We have tried to reset the panel and to clear the NVM but then the power light goes out on the rkp and once we replace the cover and put in the reset code it goes back to ta tamper!!!
