Mend Flymo FL1500i

Repair Pull Rope?

I have not been able to dismantel the FL1500i so I can repair the start rope... The nut on the blower blade will not release and that is the only way I see to get to the pull rope collector whee. Any help?

The blower nut may be a left hand thread. I use an electric impact wrench.
