Mend Glow-worm Flexicom cx Loud Noise Morning

Loud noise?

This morning while the heating was on there was a loud klaxon type noise that i couldnt stop although i turned everything off i could find. Since it went off after nearly an hour i presume it was something to do with the pressure. The plumber i called out did not know and is calling the manufacturer (Glow-worm Flexicom cx ) Could anyone tell me what this may be caused by ? and how to fix it as the plumber seems useless

bit unfair calling the plumber useless cos he cant track down a noise. people usually pretty good at diagnosing faults but believe me one of the worst problem jobs you can get is the "my boilers making a funny noise" half the time you get there and its doing nothing so the customer gives you their version of it :-)
