Our Falcon Boiler had the same problem - turned out that the air movement sensors in the fan (fan assited flue fan) had become brittle and snapped off - the pito(?) parts were available as a kit if you can gat them - otherwise the suppliers try to sell you the whole fan for lots of money. A plumber eventually sorted our boiler but it took weeks to get the parts!

Hello Janman. This isn't an answer to your question, it's more a question for you. I have the same kind of boiler and I'm having the exact same problem. I was just wondering if you had managed to fix it ?? I was told it was the thermostat that was broken and the guy that was supposed to be fixing it hasn't got back to me yet. can you help at all ??
