Easy. Look at front of boiler. From right to left the 2nd pipe along is central heating return. This should have a tee junction to the cold inlet with a stop tap inbetween. Turn on the stop tap and watch the pressure go up to 2 bar. run system on full and as it warms up. bleed air from each radiator starting with nearest to furthest away. When finished you need about 1.5 bar on clock when hot to run properly.
