diplomat ceramic hob APL1304 K40 electric oven ADP323O?

i've just had a fitted kitchen installed and about to put in a diplomat ceramic hob and a single diplomat oven how do you wire them up as no instructions were in the packing (is the oven with or without plug is two seperate cornections needed for the hob and oven what cable is needed for both
