Mend Rover 214 Heater Temperature

My heater is blowing cold in my Rover 214?

All of a sudden my Rover heater is blowing cold on all speeds and all heat settings. Have I done something? or is there anything I can do to fix it? Please keep in mind I am not technical.

I've since noticed that after filling the tank up with water there is a leak from a hose. I think I'll change the hose, head gasket and rockers too. There seems to be nice little amount of oil round the gasket. Thank you Glen for replying to my message.
