Seat Alhambra Front Electric Window repair?

X Reg Alhambra 1.9 SE TDI. All other electric windows are working. The passenger front is up but will not move. On operating the switch on the passenger or driver's door there is a very quiet click within the OSF door, but no movement. How do I get the trim off? What parts might I need to replace?

I had this same problem with my Seat and it was that a cable in the door connection had snapped, the neighbour was able to pull back the casing around these canbles and tape up the boken cable and the window has worked perfect since, goodluck
