Hello , i have been trying to enter a code on my radio , then it says wait 30 then it comes up with code again and now its says LOCK , does this mean i have had too many attempts? and where can the serial number be located ? as you can see from the message i have no ideas about these things any thoughts would be great , thank you in advance my car is a 1996 n reg ford fiesta if that helps
thank you for replying, i was pressing 5 after entering the code but as i didnt know where the serial number was i coundnt get the right code for my radio is there any way i can reset the radio ? or is it locked for good now ?

Your right about trying to many times,it's like your hole in the wall card preventing baddies from trying over and over again,if it is the right code you shouldn't have had problems.Serial number is on back of radio,you can buy "U" shaped clips at most accessory shops for a couple of quid to remove the radio.Did you press button 5 after entering code?you should have.
