Dunno what type of MP3 you've got but normally when you plug it into your pc the thing comes up in "my computer" as another drive, try opening the my computer folder and then plugging your mp3 in it should appear on the screen within a few seconds as a new drive. you should then be able to copy files to it as you would to a usb key or any other flash device.
