by the sounds of it its a warning light to tell you one or more of your air tanks has excessive ammounts of water inside which shouldnt be in there but is caused by condensation.usually theres a bleed valve on the bottom of the tanks. pull the ring with a screw driver or plier until the tanks empty and water should drain out too
