Samsung LCD tv picture gone but sound remains?

Hi, I have the same problem with my Samsung 26 inch lcd tv sometimes. I find that whilst the sound is on in the background, if I press the button on the remote to switch the digital tv to normal tv, wait a moment and then turn the tv off, then turn the power back on it sometimes gets the picture back on. I leave normal tv for a few minutes then try to switch back to digital. I have to do this a few times sometimes to get the picture but it usually does come back on!

I have the same problem sound but no picture. My Samsung is just over 12 months old and out of warranty can any one help?

hi stacey,if the tv is only 3 weeks old take it back to the supplier & get it exchanged or a refund best of luck
