how can i fix it?

Could be a Hard Drive or PSU issue - try this

1) Power of at plug
2) Switch back on the power at the plug while holding the left and right navigation buttons until the ring lights comes on
3)let go and press the back up button once

This will do system reset - about 5 mins

If that fails try:-

1) Power of at plug then unplug power cord
2) Switch back on the power at the plug while holding the power button and the backup button at the same time
3) Release the power button but keep the backup button depressed until all the LED's stop flashing on the front of
he box

This forces a firmware upgrade ... If that doesn't work u could try replacing teh hard drive, but you can pick up working boxes on ebay for about teh sdame cost ... so not sure it's worth risking buying a drive just to find out it ain't a drive problem ... lol
