how can i fix my hygena classic 910g gg900 gas cooker?

I cannot get my ovan and grill to work? left on over night on gas mark 3. The fan is working fine, is there a reset button and what does it look like and were is it? please help

Hi Dave, I do not know the model number as it is the Stoves one.The Diplomat one will be something like ADP3440 etc.Turn off the power take the 4 screws out of the top cover and gently peel back. You will see a black thermostat and hopefully a red button on it.Press this and see if it clicks.If so it is now reset and will work.If all okay,then it is possibly the ignition box or solenoids but that does usually affect both.An engineer /meter job required if not these. All the best.
