Mend Heating Coming Hot Water Radiators Help

Why is my heating coming on?

When I put the hot water on (and not the heating) the radiators are heating up.

Please help!

1/ If combi boiler divertor valve not seating properly.
2/ If system boiler either 2 port or 3 port valve not seating properly

Both will require competant person to rectify.
