Mend Zanussi ZT102 Washing Machine Temperature

Why is my washing hot when its taken out of the machine?

Zanussi ZT102. Washing even on a cold cycle is hot when I take it out of the machine.

The only reason I know of is the hot and cold pipes to your machine are connected up the wrong way so that the machine is using cold water to wash in and hot water to rinse.
